COMMENTS:
Requires a warm, protected location to thrive and produce the
massive leaves and stems. Can die down over a cold winter
and re-emerge from the roots in late spring. It begins to leaf
out in late spring and reaches full leaf in late summer-early
fall. An effective plant for a tropical look!
