ORIGIN:  
Garden Origin. Introduced by Columbia-Platte Lilies.

USDA PLANT HARDINESS ZONE:
5-8

SOIL:
Rich, well drained soil.

EXPOSURE:
Full Sun - Part Shade

GENERAL HABIT:
Hardy bulb. Flowering stems rises 2.5-3ft.

FOLIAGE:
Broadly narrow deep green, glabrous leaves. Young foliage
emerges deep purple.

FLOWER:
Primarily blooming in late June into July with secondary and
tertiary
buds. 3-5 inch, slightly down-facing blooms are a
soft peachy-orange with prominent black spots
. Very faintly
scented.


COMMENTS:
A vigorous hybrid strain (that all look pretty identical).
Wonderful planted with early summer blues such as
Delphiniums and Campanulas. Best grown as a mature
clump and multiples readily.
