COMMENTS:
Confused by the cultivar name. My plant came from the
Elisabeth C. Miller Botanic Garden labelled as I. 'Eco
Improved', supposedly an improvement of the species shared
to them by plantsman John Elsley. I. 'Eco Easter', introduced
by Don Jacobs, is more well known and I'm suspecting that its
the same variety. Much more compact and tidy compared to
the natural habit of the straight species.
