COMMENTS:
While many might overlook this plant at a nursery during
the spring and summer months, anyone who sees it in
flower in the fall literally drop to their knees and beg for
this splendid splash of color in their autumn landscape.
Wonderful mixed with late season bloomers such as
Sedum and Salvia. They also look great with ornamental
grasses, and silver foliaged plants such as
Artemesia,
Perovskia,
and Lavendula.
